REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
Documents Required for Admission
Proof of Age: Birth certificate issued by the relevant civic authority.
Child’s Photographs: Four recent passport-size photographs.
Parents’ Photographs: Four recent passport-size photographs of each parent.
Health & Vaccination Record: The child’s vaccination record or health certificate, as applicable.
Proof of Residence: A valid address proof matching the details provided in the admission form, such as a rent agreement, electricity bill or Aadhaar card.
Aadhaar Cards: Aadhaar cards of the child and parents, if available or requested.
Previous Progress Report: The child’s latest progress report, if applicable.
